2015 Cabernet Sauvignon

Peterson Family Vineyard | Calistoga

Intoxicating aromas of Bing cherry and black currant. Delicious mid-palate sweetness, gently gripping tannin, finishing with hints of espresso and vanilla bean. A thoroughly ripe vintage with great aging potential. –  Bob Foley, Winemaker

The nose is a clove-like black fruit with cocoa, plum and blackberry tart. The palate is velvet-like Bakers chocolate, tarry blackberry and saturated plum. There is a beautiful wave of spice in the core followed by an impeccable finish of structured, polished black fruit. Drink 2018-2032. –  Purely Domestic Wine Report | Volume 7.1, December 2018 – 95 points
